Who We Are
We are a not-for-profit, charitable organisation, providing subsidised, professional, individualised and groups counselling services to women who have experienced or are experiencing perinatal or postnatal depression, family violence trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss. A range of therapeutic health and wellbeing group activities proved a safe, soft entry point for health promotion, education, skills development, fitness and engagement.
Women can self-refer, be referred by a GP, family member or a friend. Access is encouraged through the provision of a free creche and subsidised fee for service. The services offered at the centre are funded through the Mental Health Commission and/or The Department of Health.
